Tony was very knowledgeable and added his own personal anecdotes. A thorough tour of the entire area, not just the pools.

Being reminded of how we Americans all came together during a vicious attack on our country and our ideology. We truly must never forget!

This is NOT the authorized 9/11 tour, and we quickly realized this when we were taken across the street to an underground area and our guide told us that one of the security guards might force us to leave because the guard doesn’t like him. He was a scattered guide that zig zagged us around the geographic area giving us NYC history/trivia. That was NOT what we were here for. He showed us stock 9/11 photos from a dirty three-ring binder. When we finally did get to the museum, we didn’t have time to get through it. We will have to come back on our own. One World Observatory is not worth the extra money. The museum is worth the money, and we will come back for that.

Excellent tour guide, made it a little personal from that day 9/11 which culminated with ending at the pools with the name of someone guide started the tour telling us about. Memorial is powerful and the top of freedom tower is great way to end it. Super!

I think this tour is a must when visiting NYC. Our tour guide was named Brian and he was the best tour guide I have ever experienced. He was very knowledgeable and made our whole experience memorable. This will be a tour I will never forget not only because of the events that took place but for the tour itself and how much it made light of everything. Thank you so much Brian for an amazing tour. Do not hesitate in booking this tour, you will not be disappointed.

Brian was an amazing tour guide. While the story of 9/11 is a compelling one, his narrative was particularly engaging and interesting, without being maudlin. I think that we were very fortunate to have him as a guide. He was superlative.
