This tour is great if you are interested in trying a few new places to eat in the Garden District and walking around. It is very light on the history portion and more about experiencing the neighborhood. I do think that the description should include the fact that you do spend the majority of the time at sitting at a few eateries waiting for your food.

This trip is not worth $90 per person!!! I wouldn’t pay $5. The guide was late and everything was unprepared, we had to wait for everything in the heat as the 3 places we visited were not ready. For lunch we had hotdogs! We also had to wait a long time to be served and in several of occasions we had to get everything ourselves. No Hotdogs in New Orleans!!!

When I asked my grandson what he remembered most about the history of the area, he said he saw Sandra Bullock’s house! Something for everyone.

Michelle was awesome!! I wouldn’t mind doing this tour again just because of how delightful she was and she was very knowledgeable of the area, this history, and all the things NOLA has to offer!

Michelle was great and super knowledgeable about the Garden District. She was eager to have us try new things and we did! Super great recommendations from her! Would definitely recommend her tours and I plan to use her again for another tour when we go back!

We have been to New Orleans MANY times and have done all the tourist things as well as a few tours and walked around some on our own. This trip we wanted to walk around and eat like a local. Michelle was a friendly and knowledgeable local! She shared some low key restaurants and picked delicious foods and yummy local beers and cocktails! She is very adaptable and can recommend sites and tastes for whatever you are looking to see and know in NOLA. Make sure you take at least one tour and go somewhere in the city with her! The photo I am sharing is stuffed beignets from The Vintage on Magazine St. Trust me skip Cafe Du Monde and go here!

We had a little hiccup in the beginning then after that it was great! Michelle did an awesome job explaining the Lafayette cemetery and the wonderful architecture of the garden district. Her food choices were also wonderful! She even gave us great suggestions of the parks we should visit for our bike ride the next day. We were able to see a side of NOLA that we never would have seen without her help. Highly suggest this tour and company.

Highly recommended! The food was amazing, the conversation was great, and we had such an enjoyable time. Definitely will do it again next time I am in New Orleans.
