Our favorite part was our tour guide, Shannon! Her in depth knowledge of the city, lovely demeanor, jokes, and love for Charleston made our experience so enjoyable. When we stepped on her carriage, it felt like we were with an old friend, strolling back into the past. Highly recommend Shannon and Ben (our beautiful horse for the evening). We are already planning our next trip back!

We did the haunted ghost tour - The guide was great, very knowledgeable. Carriage clean, horses beautiful. So much history.

Be sure to take some time to explore. Lots to do and see, good food, lots of great history too. Folly Beach was close by too.

Awesome tour. They were able to move us to an earlier departure when we showed up a bit early for our scheduled check in. Our carriage driver Bree (like the cheese 🧀 😎) was just phenomenal. A wealth of knowledge and humor! She was so great with the horse as well. Which brings us to the star of the show. Our horse Jim. What an awesome animal. He even parallel parks! We would definitely go with this company, this driver and especially Jim the French Draft horse again!!!

We did a private tour of Colonial Charleston at 6:30 to avoid the daytime heat. The weather cooled off perfectly. Our guide was great and told us a lot about old Charleston. We rescheduled our first tour due to a rainstorm and it was simple to do over the phone at no charge.

The horse & carriage concept is fun. I felt our guide spent more time getting to know us than necessary. Also, the presentation was disjointed and only minimally informative. Seemed costly for a mere 40 minute ride. I've had a better experience on hop on/off busses in other cities.
