After an approximate 4-hour drive to Miami, your first stop is at Bayside Marketplace. You will have three (3) hours to shop, grab lunch or enjoy a boat cruise (additional charges apply). The cruise allows you to take in the city by water where you can view the skyline and the island which are home to many famous celebrities. The homes on these islands are nothing short of amazing!

After your pickup from a select Orlando locations, you are on your way south to the electric city of Miami! You will receive a breakfast bag to enjoy on your drive to this southern Florida city and you will arrive here at about 11am.

Stop At: South Beach, Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, FL 33139

Following the visit to Bayside, travel to the famous South Beach! Here, you will have three (3) hours to enjoy the beach, explore Ocean Drive and visit all the restaurants and bars!

On time pickup, friendly, chatty efficient tour guide.Comfortable air conditioned coach. Reached Miami on time. Plenty of time available to walk around Miami Beach. Enjoyed boardwalk to south point park pier and celebrity cruise. Tour guide kind enough to drop off at my hotel on the way back.

We were due to go and turned up at the hotel as directed, for pick up. I have to add that we were there 30 minutes early for requested time. We got up with the larks to make the arranged time. When time came and went for us to be Picked up we were very perplexed indeed and so phoned the appropriate people. We were then informed much to our dismay that the tour had already left from a different location. Not being in possession of a crystal ball, i find the likelihood of us knowing this change highly unlikely if non existent. Having wiped away our constant tears, as we had arranged to meet up with friends in Miami. We have been offered another tour on Sunday and EVENTUALLY received the email detailing the schedule. I’m sure you will appreciate my reluctance to say I’m 100% confident of the tour going ahead. I certainly hope it does as we have now had to rearrange our plans to accommodate this. The only saving grace for the company here on Orlando is that we cannot blame this mishap on BREXIT. Many thanks, hoping this answers your question.

booked a day trip to Miami for 29th sept 620am pick up at Rosen Pointe Orlando arrived 615am waited till 0645am walked into rosen and was told bus had already left rang gray line and they told me i had not confirmed my place on trip which i had done on the 18th of sept so a back and forth ensued offered me a trip on the 4th of oct day before i flew home no good.last year i booked a trip to St Augustines with Gray line turned up 40 minutes late no apology from Billy avoid Gray line like the plague

This tour was a long day but well worth it!! I added on an Everglades Airboat tour which was awesome! We got to see a couple of alligators up close and got to hold a baby one at the end of the tour. Then later was taken back to Bayside for shopping and a bite to eat. We also went to South Beach for a short walk on the beach. I loved the trip!! So happy I planned this tour!

I went with a friend and it was a great trip! Very friendly and nice Guide! We got the airboat option, it was amazing! Had a very knowledgeable encounter with alligators and crocodiles, learned a lot about them. Very entertaining trip! We had a lot of fun! Overall, it is totally worth exploring ! I totally recommend it!!

My wife and I went on this day trip to Miami and took the boat tour optional upgrade ($30 per person for the upgrade). It took just over 4 hours from pickup (6:20am) to arrival and went on the boat tour shortly after arriving. The boat tour was a 90 minute tour around the Miami bay and we got to see a lot of celebrity properties. I'd definitely recommend this tour for anyone going on this day trip. We then spent some time around the Bayside Marketplace before moving onto Ocean Drive and the famous Miami beach there. We started our journey back around 7pm and made it back to our hotel around 11:45pm. Our driver for the tour was a guy called Giovanni and he was great! A funny Italian with plenty of humourous quips throughout the trip! All around it was a great day out and I highly recommend it.

The bus was old and very noisy in the back seats. Very noisy. It was full and people just did not want to change seats and left all their stuff inside the bus. My suggestion is to use a newer bus for those long trips.

After a delay of 2 hours, we got going. Fantastic trip, gave us two hours back at the end of the day to make up lost time. Sorted a refund for us too. Fab time was had. Well worth the long trip.

Overall excellent. Would have given it 5 stars except from Orlando to Miami was 3-1/2 hour bus ride each way for a total of 8 hours on the road. Did have 2 movies on bus on way back. Our tour guide Giavanni was excellent and entertaining. Did get a breakfast bag of OJ, muffin, fruit cocktail and breakfast bar. We chose the optional Island Queen upgrade. Was excellent even though weather was cool and rainy, would have been even better on a sunny warm day. 2 Hours at Bayside Marketplace was nothing special, similar to other Harbor malls we have been to. After cruise had 3 hours at South Beach to walk around etc. Again, would have been much better if weather better.

Had a brilliant day worth doing the air boat as this was fantastic, alligators came right up to the boat, did the cruise as well which was very relaxing after lots of shopping at bayside, only thing that was disapointing was we went in January so got dark early so when we got to the beach it was getting dark as this was the last part of the tour the tour, Ismail our guide for the day was most informative and helpful.
