Wouldn’t recommend - when we arrived at the meeting point the tour operator stated ‘I’ve really been screwed over because it’s only you and another family who speak English, the rest are Spanish so now I have to do it in 2 languages’ The tour operator spent 10/15 minutes at a time giving information to the Spanish speakers each. The English speakers were given up to 5 minutes (whilst walking away from the point of interest) So I googled the information. The tour operator then told the English speakers to come into the museum and to meet back at a certain time. ALL of the English speakers returned to the meeting point early but the Tour Operator and the the rest of the group didn’t turn up, we waited an hour to be told they had boarded the ferry to the second island. One family that had been left also had a baby with them - it was very cold and raining. I have complained directly but the Tour Operator stated we had walked off - so 3 families walked off but were all together? I don’t think so

Jorge was truly a gem. I'm glad our 11:30 a.m. guide canceled because Jorge was the guide for the one we were bumped to at 12:30 p. He is amazing, animated, engaging and just a pure joy. He kept us wanting more and more. Kudos to Jorge. You were a treasure. Love your Chicago peeps.

The tour guide, she was amazing. Español tour she was checking me for did I missed anything for the language. Cause am leaning español

Me encanto !! This trip was good and the tourist guide was so nice I really recommend it for anyone who wants to go to visit the Statue of Liberty. Amigo’s tour are the best. Gracias amigo tours excelente trabajo…

The tour company changed the time of our tour and put us in a Spanish- speaking tour. We don’t speak Spanish, so that was a very odd thing to do. However, our guide Manuela, did an excellent job in ensuring everything she said to the group, she repeated to us in English. Constantly switching between the two languages could not have been easy.

The tour guide, Jorge, was fantastic!! I’m a lifelong New Yorker and he taught us things we didn’t know. He was courteous and kind. My only complaint is that we couldn’t go into the pedestal because of changes made. The trip was enjoyed by a senior, children, toddlers and young adults.
