Awesome tour around the city. Very informative guide, learned a lot. The 3pm tour we got daylight and a beautiful sunset when we arrived back to the dock.

We should have read the reviews first. The boat was nice, the crew friendly enough, but it was obvious that they had no intention of taking us all the way around the island. Tides were too high??! If the boat won't fit then you schedule the departure for when it can. Since anyone can access the NOAA tidal schedule for their location, I can only assume that they had no intention of completing the trip as advertised. Based on the other comments I've seen, it sounds like these folks are bordering on reckless scam artists. It's a shame too. Manhattan at night from the water is an awesome view. These guys should be knocking it out of the park but instead are failing miserably.

We learned a lot about the big city! Our tour guide took breaks allowing the guests to meander by taking pictures. He was also available to ask any questions we had.

a fascinating trip all the way round Manhattan, which we didn't realise was possible. The guy doing the commentary was warm and informative with loads of local detail to paint the picture. Comfortable and warm on a wintery day, we sat for two and a half hours as we sailed under 22 bridges down the Hudson River, round the Battery Dock and past the Statue of Liberty, then up the East River to Harlem River passing the Yankee's stadium before coming back round to our starting point after dark with the city laid out in front of us in all it's sparkling evening glory!

Wonderful experience! David was our tour guide & he was amazing!!!! We learned a lot of history but he was hilarious as well!

Seeing the Statue of Liberty so close and all the high rise buildings; quite impressive. Will do this cruise again in the spring or fall when it’s not too cold or too hot.

Multiple different options available and different routes and duration. Nice boats. There is even a harbour lights tour at 7pm.

My wife and I enjoyed the cruise around Manhattan. The play by play of the views were helpful but could use refinements. Go enjoy the journey.

My husband and I traveled from Tennessee to NYC. The one attraction we chose was Circle Line Boat Trip around Manhattan. When we checked in we were told we had to have Covid Vaccination cards. I had mine but my husband did not bring his. He could not board. I had to go alone. The manager at the ticket office said he emailed Viator requesting a $44. Refund to my credit card as we were in town for only 1 day and hopefully that can be done. I have enjoyed the NYC CircleLine boat trip over many years while living in NJ. It was a great disappointment not to be able to share it with my husband. We are elderly and the $44. Refund would really be appreciated. I have the unused ticket for your reference. We are fully vaccinated but could not see the card requirement on ticket information. We were masked up.
