I took my cousins who were visiting Miami on the Pirates Adventure Tour. Overall, we had a great experience. The tour guides were very welcoming and accommodating to us. We saw beautiful views of Miami and the music was great!!

I came with my kids and we had a blast! Erick is such an incredible tour guide, we danced Waka Waka at the end, it was a lot of fun, my kids adored the boat and the music, finally a place where you can go, enjoy sightseeing while you ride listing to great music with no explicit content. We visited on a Saturday and we are definitely coming back the same day of the week! Thanks Erick for being so kind and dancing with my kids.

Ok so it was advertised as a “Party Cruise” (see pic)... i booked it and had 22 adult guests onboard. (1.) when we arrived we were told this was the same thing, However to our dismay there were kids onboard so no let loose party there (2.) The DJ was hype but had to keep stopping the music to explain the sights (we didn’t come to see sights, we came to party on the boat as advertised) (3.) The drinks were great (no complaints) although most party cruises are open bar... these were $12 each (4.) They had us on a makeshift pirate ship with no pirates SMH (5.) Instead of a captain steering the ship, he allowed his girlfriend to do it while she sat in his lap. How totally unprofessional is that?!!! I have it on video but this site won’t allow me to upload videos. (6.) Lastly, and most importantly, those in my group with GroupOn tickets were denied because they had to reserve a spot the day prior to boarding via a phone line that no one ever answers. So they ended up paying out of pocket AGAIN just to be with our group and got a credit (not refund) with Groupon. They had us on a makeshift pirate ship with no pirates. NOTE TO COMPANY: if you’re going to make people with Groupon coupons call and reserve, hire a dedicated person to take those calls throughout the day. I called 3x left messages, and emailed... that was 2 wks ago, and I’m STILL waiting on a return call. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Good guide, nice cruise. The only thing that was unfavourable was the photo they took cost $15. It should have been added or included in the price.

I was told there would be entertainment for my 3 year old and there was zero entertainment. They didn’t even have “pirates” on board. Was extremely boring and dirty. My son was crying to get off.

We had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly. I only wish that they would incorporate more info/history about the pirate ship. The theme and the tour didn't match. It was more leaning towards the famous houses and who owned them. Other than that, a nice day on the water with good music.
