Itinerary

No Yoga experience necessary! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, we can all gain a sense of peace in our hearts and calmness in the mind through yoga. This yoga experience will guide you through a fun and energetic flow while finding your personal mind-body connection.
From our meeting point, we will walk together to a more quiet and secluded area on the beach. We'll begin with a brief meditation to quiet the mind. In this idyllic setting surrounded by palm trees and the gentle, soothing sound of the waves, you'll feel all your cares start to melt away as we dive into a blissful hour of yoga, custom-tailored to your needs and experience. The session will conclude with an optional Lavender Essential oil forehead and temple massage, leaving you relaxed and refreshed.

Cathy and her bright smile were a welcome sight after flying all day. While the world is bustling around- you fall into her routine of melting into an immersive experience with waves and seagulls- grounded into the sand- it was heaven ❤️. She has a cute little cart that hauls a mat for you- and her special lavender oil treatment was the icing on the cake! Will come see her every time Im in town!

Loved this!!! It was the best way to start the day. The moves are not strenuous and can be modified based on ability. Great mindfulness practice

Kathy was amazing. I wish we lived here so we could take her classes regularly. It was the perfect private honeymoon activity for us. I felt so relaxed and warmed up afterwards. I highly recommend this activity if you are on the fence!

While in La Jolla, California, we were blessed to connect with an amazing yoga instructor who created a magical yoga experience for us on La Jolla Shores. For locals in the San Diego area or as travelers exploring the beauty of La Jolla, “consider enriching your yoga practice on the beach, at your vacation home, or anywhere your heart desires.” And ... I highly recommend saying YES to the lavender forehead and temple massage at the end of the session!

Cathy , was so friendly and made the experience so much fun. Me and my boyfriend that were visiting tried yoga at the beach. Not only was it something fun and new for us to do, but it gave you a mental break and just focus on yourself. I really appreciated Cathy helping us and moving at our experience level.

I saw tons of positive reviews for this on Airbnb, so I thought I would give it a try even though I'm not a yoga expert. I figured it would be a unique way to enjoy San Diego. This was one of the best decisions I could have made. Cathy was a phenomenal instructor and tailored everything to my skill level. She was easygoing, approachable and very knowledgable. Then there was the location itself. What a great way to enjoy the gorgeous San Diego beaches! It was so relaxing and I felt so refreshed afterwards. I can't recommend this activity enough. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.
